Confirmation of the order

After an order, you will receive an e-mail from us which certifies that we received your order. Please note that it does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is an offer to us in order to buy a product. All the orders are gone through an acceptance by us, and we will confirm this acceptance by sending an e-mail which confirms that the product has been shipped ( “ Shipping Confirmation”). Payment processing  

The payments can be made in any method mentioned in the section Ways of Payments. We start the payment processing as soon as we receive your order. In order to ensure that your credit or debit card or your Paypal account is not used without your permission, we will verify the information given during the order (name, address and other personal details submitted by you) towards appropriate third party databases. Agreeing to these Terms, you agree with these controls. This information is used only to check your identity. Credit checks do not happen and this procedure will not affect your credit standing. We receive your payment which is controlled by a third party provider services (Payment Gate) which is compatible with the security standards of industry data card payments (PCI DSS Ver 2).

Security

When you reach the point of order payment, the safe function will be automatically activated. This function can be recognized by a padlock which is seen in the lower right corner of the browser. The safe function ensures that all your details are enciphered for increased security.

In order to process your payment with your credit or debit card, we will ask your card details. We will ask you to provide these details every time you make a payment to us. Prices and currency

The product prices displayed on the Website are NOT inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered to. For details on shipping rates per country see the help section of the Website. Prices are quoted in Euro with the exception of the countries which are not in the momentary union of Euro, where the prices are quoted in local currency. If you change the country of delivery while browsing in the website or during check out, prices from that moment may be quoted in a different currency. Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on the price due to a change in currency or to country specific pricing.

Transaction value/ Price changes

The total price specified in the final check out screen includes tax and shipping costs. This price will be recorded in the Order Confirmation, which we recommend you print or download for future reference. If paying by credit card, the total amount for your entire order will be reflected on your statement in your local currency. If your local currency is different from the currency in which the prices are quoted, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable per the date of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate, which is beyond our control. Please transfer only the exact amount specified on the Order Confirmation, and make individual transfers per order, using the unique reference number stated in your Order Confirmation.

Important notice: Since January 1st 2015, the VAT for the telecommunications, radio-TV and electronic services is charged in your country of residence (the country where you stay, you have your permanent address or usually stay) and not in the country where you bought the service. These regulations are valid for the services provided inside and outside EU.

Delivery

The delivery charges and the schedules differ depending on the delivery address and the type of the product you with to receive. TetixBee delivers the products with the transfer of physical possession or products control without undue delay, but definitely within 30 days from the placing of the convention.

For further information, please see our delivery information section (Please see the relevant section Shipping/Delivery). We do our best to respond to the delivery dates we have promised. However, sometimes due to imponderable factors, the delays are inevitable. We are not liable for any delay or failure in the deliveries of the products within the schedule, we assume that the delays concerned and delivery failures are due to factors which we do not control. We reserve the right to split the delivery of your order, for instance if part of your order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we split your order, we will notify you of our intention to do so by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you at the time your order was placed. You will not be charged for any additional delivery costs. The danger of damage or loss of the products remains our responsibility, until the newer date when the product comes to you (after you fully deposit the price of the product) or the date when the first delivery attempt happened. Returns during delivery can be done according to your legal rights in accordance with the Regulations for distant selling for the protection of the consumers or other current legislation.

Shipping with 100% discount 

If you make a purchase that exceeds the threshold relevant to your delivery country, you will receive FREE ‘standard delivery’, or the option of discounted ‘express delivery’. See the help section of the Website for threshold amounts and their corresponding discounted delivery rates.

Returns

To inform immediately about the return of the ordered products, see section Return Policy & Withdrawal Policy. According to the regulations for distant selling consumer’s protection, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the delivery day of the products.

These conditions do not affect your other legal rights as a consumer. For more information related to your right as a consumer under the protection of the distant selling regulations, please contact to the local authorities, the department of commercial standards or a consumer protection center. In rare conditions, it is possible the specifications of the products have been changed. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative solution similar to the initial product. If you are not content or satisfied with the substitution or replacement, please contact to our customer service. if you believe you have received a faulty, destroyed or false product, you have to inform us within a reasonable period of time. Please, do not initially return the product to us. We will contact you to discuss the appropriate procedure for the replacement or full return of the product. Any relevant charges and any reasonable expenses that may occur from the return of the product to us, TetixBee will be charged. As far as the products made according to your specifications are concerned, are not returnable and cannot be cancelled.

Guarantee

TetixBee guarantees that every product bought from us through our web pages and from the delivery date and for the next two years you deserve according to the EU legislation a two-year guarantee. This guarantee covers the damages that may occur during shipping. Depending on the damages, we offer you, a new product of the same price for free or a return, or if we propose you an isotopic discount on your next purchase. These are our obligations. If the product you have bought has suffered damage, please do not hesitate to contact us with the customer service.

Your rights according to the present guarantee are valid unless someone apart from the manufacturer/ merchant has tried to modify or repair the product.

Withdrawal contract

If you wish to cancel your order, you have to inform us with an e-mail, see the section Return Policy, Withdrawal Policy. You have a legal obligation to make efforts for the security of our products, while being in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have the right to ask remuneration.

The coupon codes

Every coupon code is valid only once per customer (unless it is mentioned differently). In order to enjoy the discount, your purchase must meet some requirements (from the newsletter, advertisement):

GOVERNING LAW AND OTHER TERMS

Any difference occurs from the present contract the Courts of Dutch are liable for that. Any provision of these terms, contrary to the law ceases to apply and remove from the present, without any affect to the validity of other conditions.
