The ISR has as a perspective to entering company’s products into handmade luxury gifts market and especially to the following markets:
- Small and local stores,
- Giftware wholesalers,
- Giftware buyers,
- Giftware distributors,
- Giftware manufacturers,
- Giftware importers and giftware exporters,
- Interior designers,
- Luxury buyers ,
- Retail buyers,
- Luxury Hotels & hotels boutique,
- Wedding planners ,
- Event planners,
- Retail shops.
Compensation: High commission (between 5% and 25%, depending on the range), bonus and incentives The ISR’s compensation is a straight sales commission program(details to be provided) and the ISR is responsible for the costs associated with all sales activities; i.e., car, fuel, cell phone, hotels, meals and supplies
- ISR’s participate in sales activities (lead generation)
- Set qualified appointments by phone
- Conduct face to face product presentations
- Discovery of new accounts
- Proposals to customers and closing of sales
- We’re looking for an ambitious representative
- Has two years outside sales experience
- This person must want to make an early entry into Sales
- Management and have high income goals with an emphasis on a high level of personal performance
BACK OFFICE WORK
Elaboration of the offers and transmission to your customers in your name
Weekly elaboration of the list with your running offers Other support you may need or require monthly results / action plan meeting between RSRs and Managers: monthly WebEx/in-person meeting to review previous month’s results and actions to make up if falling behind; includes review of previous month’s action items.
Customer visits planning/execution: monthly customer visit plan where RSR contacts customers.
